I can highly recommend Sophie for her intuitive ability to access the subconscious mind and help rid me of both physical and psychological traumas that I had been carrying for several months and years. After these comprehensive sessions, I am now rid of ongoing soreness and stiffness. I have made substantial progress on several persistent soft tissue injuries and benefited from increased psychological and emotional wellbeing. If you are like me and have had limited results after other forms of treatment (e.g. physiotherapy, chiropractic, podiatry, osteopathy) then I encourage you to give this lesser-known but highly effective discipline a try!

I have been doing kinesiology with Sofi for a few months now, we have been working on my anxiety around driving. So far I have gone through traffic lights which was a huge thing for me, I am even driving longer distances. We are still working on it but my anxiety is getting less each time I drive. Maureen
